Deans Property grabbed the opportunity and rode the swiftly changing cycle of the Sydney and city fringe regions, literally, from rag-trading to the rich technical revolution. Our long-standing client relationships have evolved, along with our business, over many years of consistent, quality service in this dynamic area.

Property is not a clearly definable commodity. Different locations, views, marketplace sentiment and the property condition can all influence the properties appeal and the price. A well planned strategy can ensure that a quality result is always achieved.

The right strategy should always start with immersing yourself in the opportunity. After many years of experience it has shown us that Exclusively Managed property provides the ability to partner with the property owner to achieve the optimum result. No one likes to commit to a solution that could compromise getting a satisfactory result; similarly no one wants to stay in a relationship that is not mutual but Agreement to an Exclusive relationship demonstrates, commitment, trust and respect. By proceeding with one agency it provides the agent and their team the opportunity to immerse themselves in the property and direct energy towards getting the best result.
 
The best result is not always the fastest result and even in a buoyant market the average time to sell a residential home is still 3 months. Often strengths, weakness and opportunities only emerge when the selling process has matured; several inspections have been after study and a number of inspections. It is most common that we only see the highlights, upside opportunities and develop our sales patter when we have gathered them through feedback from fellow agents and prospects.
