After graduation from the University of Technology Sydney with a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Louise began working in a research and development, specialising in cosmetic formulation, and eventually becoming a team leader.

I cannot recommend Louise Hoban highly enough. Louise managed to secure a long-term tenant for my commercial property in Chippendale during the extremely difficult economic period of COVID .

A complete professional, Louise provided sound advice and guided me honestly throughout the entire process.

Adding additional stress was the fact I am not based in Sydney which saw me working remotely with Louise for the entire process. As a result, Louise provided significant additional support working with both existing-tenant (to get the space up to presentation standard for inspections), and incoming tenant to keep them motivated. Louise introduced me to a maintenance contractor to work with, (providing access for works to be completed) as well as to a solicitor experienced in commercial office rentals.

Experienced in negotiations and strategic in approach, Louise worked enthusiastically and tirelessly to provide me with the best-possible result. I had a few meltdowns and Louise gently guided me through those as well!
