All repair and maintenance requests must be lodged in writing. If you have an emergency repair outside of business hours, please consult your Residential Tenancy Agreement for the contact details of our emergency tradespeople. To determine what constitutes an emergency repair, please also refer to your Residential Tenancy Agreement – Clause 17.
